Vehicle Inventory Porter & Dealership Photographer

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: Vacaville, Fairfield, Davis, Vallejo & surrounding areas
Pay: $24.00+ per hour (combination of base pay + per-vehicle photo payout)

About the Role

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter & Photographer to support local dealerships in showcasing their inventory online.

In this full-time role, you’ll travel between dealership locations to photograph, video, and help manage vehicle inventory using a company-provided iPhone and our in-house app.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent work that directly impacts vehicle sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle

  • Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photo and video shoots

  • Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone

  • Verify VINs and confirm inventory details before uploading

  • Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness

  • Maintain a steady workflow to ensure inventory is accurately captured and published on time

What We’re Looking For

No experience? No problem—we provide paid training!

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Are comfortable driving automatic vehicles (manual is a plus)

  • Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Take pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency

  • Are comfortable using smartphone apps and learning new technology

  • Bring a professional, customer-focused attitude

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and entering basic data

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving and staging vehicles

  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
